Responsibilities
Drive the technology vision and innovation agenda with ServiceNow
Design solutions and architectures that create long-term customer value
Identify new business opportunities and actively support sales
Participate in sales meetings with potential new or existing customers
Lead and develop our offerings
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders
Facilitate innovation workshops and help customers realize their vision
Demonstrate thought leadership through events, webinars, and content creation
Contribute to delivery in selected key customer cases as a subject matter expert
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Relevant academic background in technology and/or business
Minimum 5+ years of experience developing and implementing modules on the ServiceNow Platform
Ability to work both strategically and operationally in a growth environment
Proven track record in developing offerings and driving business growth
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
Experience in CX or digital transformation is considered a plus
Fluency in Danish and English
