About the role

  • Business Executive leading the ServiceNow business in Sweden's market at a top Business Technology company. Driving strategic transformation selling with a dedicated sales team and collaboration with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the next chapter of our ServiceNow business – shifting from solution selling to strategic transformation selling.
  • Elevate our commercial approach to strategic transformation selling, combining platforms, AI, and business change into C-level value stories.
  • Lead and develop our dedicated ServiceNow sales team in Sweden.
  • Engage with strategic customers and C-level stakeholders to position Sofigate as a transformation partner.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies together with sales and marketing.
  • Strengthen our strategic collaboration with ServiceNow.
  • Own the commercial performance of the ServiceNow business in Sweden.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in consulting, IT services, or platform-driven businesses.
  • Experience from leadership roles such as Business Unit Lead, Sales Director, Client Executive, or Practice Lead.
  • Strong ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and translate transformation into business value.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex transformation deals.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, or similar.
  • P&L ownership and strong commercial mindset.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
