About the role

  • Junior ServiceNow Developer supporting the development and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions for Cadmus. Collaborating with internal users and performing technical documentation and improvements support.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of solutions on the ServiceNow platform;
  • Configure service catalogs, workflows, forms, and automations;
  • Perform bug fixes, improvements, and provide technical support for the platform;
  • Gather and clarify requirements with internal users;
  • Produce technical documentation and assist in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Technical and analytical profile;
  • Knowledge of programming logic;
  • Basic familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
  • Basic knowledge of databases and integrations;
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies;
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow;
  • Experience with ITSM / Service Desk / incident or ticketing systems;
  • Relevant courses or certifications;
  • Technical English for reading.
