(Senior) Consultant/Architect leading ServiceNow transformation projects in Banking & Insurance across multiple locations in Germany. Engaging with top-tier clients to enhance their digital infrastructure in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
Depending on your experience, you will take technical lead of complex transformation projects at top companies in the banking, insurance and asset management sectors
You will be responsible for solution design, architectural decisions and technical roadmaps within the ServiceNow ecosystem
You will develop strategy-oriented platform and integration concepts (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, Customer Service Management, ESC, HRSD)
You will work closely with relevant stakeholders and international project partners to define digital target architectures and governance models and to execute global rollouts in complex multi-platform landscapes
You will shape best practices, standards and reusable assets for our ServiceNow practice
Requirements
You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business administration, mathematics, physics or a comparable field
You bring initial to several years of experience in the ServiceNow environment as well as in requirements engineering, project management or enterprise architecture
You have knowledge of and ideally project experience in Banking & Insurance (e.g., IT processes, risk/compliance, ITIL, regulatory requirements)
You possess technical depth in one or more areas such as ServiceNow design & implementation, integrations (REST, event-driven, workflow orchestration), custom app development, multi-scope apps, CMDB modeling and process automation
To advise our clients on-site, you are willing to travel nationally and internationally
Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
