Own end-to-end management of the Win Checkout sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression tracking
Develop and maintain comprehensive pipeline reporting and analytics to provide visibility into sales performance and trends
Create standardized processes for deal evaluation, approval workflows, and stage-gate progression
Monitor deal velocity and identify bottlenecks that could impact revenue targets
Serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and other key teams
Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities, timelines, and dependencies
Develop senior stakeholder reporting and create materials for driving weekly steering committee meetings
Drive accountability across teams by establishing clear ownership, deliverables, and deadlines and escalate blockers to leadership
Conduct comprehensive financial and strategic analysis of potential deals, including ROI calculations, risk assessments, and competitive positioning
Challenge assumptions and validate business cases presented by internal teams and external partners
Develop frameworks for deal prioritization based on strategic value, implementation complexity, and resource requirements
Create deal recommendations to senior leadership with clear rationale and supporting data
Create comprehensive end-to-end process maps and document and standardize processes
Develop detailed business requirements and manage and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT)
Act as a subject matter expert to guide teams in process improvement initiatives and establish best practices
Proactively collate customer feedback to inform sales strategy and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Win Checkout capabilities and roadmap
Create and maintain comprehensive deal documentation and knowledge repository
Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (education may be substituted with experience)
2-5 years of experience in operations or strategic initiatives at a leading consulting firm or within technology companies (conflicting listing present)
Previous experience in fintech or e-commerce preferred
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with revenue impact
Experience working directly with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance)
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar)
Strong financial modeling capabilities with experience in deal evaluation and ROI analysis
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management tools
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to C-level executives
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in matrix organizations without direct authority
Self-directed with strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
