About the role

  • Own end-to-end management of the Win Checkout sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression tracking
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive pipeline reporting and analytics to provide visibility into sales performance and trends
  • Create standardized processes for deal evaluation, approval workflows, and stage-gate progression
  • Monitor deal velocity and identify bottlenecks that could impact revenue targets
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and other key teams
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities, timelines, and dependencies
  • Develop senior stakeholder reporting and create materials for driving weekly steering committee meetings
  • Drive accountability across teams by establishing clear ownership, deliverables, and deadlines and escalate blockers to leadership
  • Conduct comprehensive financial and strategic analysis of potential deals, including ROI calculations, risk assessments, and competitive positioning
  • Challenge assumptions and validate business cases presented by internal teams and external partners
  • Develop frameworks for deal prioritization based on strategic value, implementation complexity, and resource requirements
  • Create deal recommendations to senior leadership with clear rationale and supporting data
  • Create comprehensive end-to-end process maps and document and standardize processes
  • Develop detailed business requirements and manage and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Act as a subject matter expert to guide teams in process improvement initiatives and establish best practices
  • Proactively collate customer feedback to inform sales strategy and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Win Checkout capabilities and roadmap
  • Create and maintain comprehensive deal documentation and knowledge repository

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (education may be substituted with experience)
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations or strategic initiatives at a leading consulting firm or within technology companies (conflicting listing present)
  • Previous experience in fintech or e-commerce preferred
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with revenue impact
  • Experience working directly with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance)
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong financial modeling capabilities with experience in deal evaluation and ROI analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management tools
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in matrix organizations without direct authority
  • Self-directed with strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
