About the role
- Be a subject matter expert on online advertising technology, monetization, and maximization of user value
- Own and drive sales targets, maximizing total market share and reaching revenue/gross profit goals across countries
- Act as a trusted advisor to publisher partners and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Establish processes to materialize a long-term roadmap of success for publisher partners
- Analyze publisher performance data, provide strategic recommendations, identify and convert opportunities, and prepare regular business reviews
- Collaborate with Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure operational excellence
- Organize market roadshows, participate in industry events, and contribute to press publications and case studies
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback for the product roadmap
- Leverage CRM to update sales activity and pipeline
- Spearhead territory expansion across MENA through business development, relationship management, and analytical work
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in publisher development, business development, or account management within digital advertising/ad tech
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven track record of hitting growth or revenue targets
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights
- Experience with ad monetization tools, programmatic platforms, or affiliate networks
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and collaborative professional
- Based in Dubai offices (must be able to work from Dubai)
