Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for leading and operationalising strategic initiatives that enhance workforce productivity, attendance compliance, and performance outcomes.
- Design and evolve an operational workforce that leverages AI, automation and new technology to deliver great outcomes to our colleagues
- Take the lead in elements of bold transformation initiatives that integrate AI & agentic AI into the processes within the team
- Collaborate with the People Platform and Centres of Excellence to ensure seamless integration of tools and data flows
- Demonstrate an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of process automation and agentic AI tools in the context of performance and attendance case management.
- Ensure accurate and compliant monitoring of employee attendance, leave, and time-off policies across Lloyds Banking Group.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Work with the operational data team to drive out regular, insight driven reports for senior leadership on attendance and performance metrics.
