About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing automation and operational excellence initiatives using Salesforce and Marketo
  • Drive the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of high-performing B2B marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Scale the demand generation engine and optimize marketing systems and processes to support sales-driven and PLG motions
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to enhance alignment and streamline workflows
  • Partner with Sales Operations to architect and implement an ABM-driven marketing infrastructure
  • Drive the vision and strategy for the growth and evolution of the marketing technology stack
  • Lead data-driven insights and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize ROI
  • Continuously evaluate marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, championing innovation and transformation

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations in a tech-focused B2B environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Intent, ABM, and Enrichment technologies
  • Experience with enterprise/PLG operations and advanced marketing technologies
  • Team leadership experience
  • Strong project management skills managing complex, global marketing projects
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across geographies
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
