Oversee Capital One’s portfolio of over 20+ affiliates, developing and managing relationships
Serve as the central point of contact with different affiliate partners
Track down answers to ad hoc questions from business partners or affiliate partners
Attend key industry conferences and provide feedback to affiliate partners
Manage contractual terms, payout changes, and affiliate performance reviews
Oversee creative development process and ensure compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of experience managing people
At least 4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing
At least 8 years of experience in digital acquisition marketing and paid media
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years managing people, 8+ years in Affiliate Marketing with high volume budgets, 3+ years in marketing analytics, and 2+ years in project management
