Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver on strategic awareness and demand generation campaigns
  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and engagement plans
  • Implement best practices, content standards and agile processes
  • Provide clear direction to digital marketing, creative, and agency partners
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, compliance, and leadership
  • Ensure internal, public, and client-facing materials are in-compliance
  • Maintain an open and collaborative test and learn approach across marketing channels
  • Optimize content, tactics, and campaign mix to improve business outcomes
  • Define and execute creative, messaging, and call to action testing across marketing channels
  • Partner with key digital marketing channel owners (email, social, search, web, comms) to build integrated plans and co-develop best practices based on learnings
  • Deliver qualified leads to sales

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience working in financial services or related technology industry in a campaign strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing role
  • Expertise in all aspects of campaign strategy, lead generation, and digital marketing
  • Outstanding project management and communications skills
  • Developing campaign strategies and integrated marketing plans
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing and content marketing best practices
  • Knowledgeable in marketing campaigns, paid media, lead generation and marketing automation
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across the Marketing team and with business partners
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • A sense of urgency, integrity, and purpose
  • Deep knowledge of financial services investment products and technology
  • Ability to run multiple projects, identify risks and opportunities
  • Experience collaborating with digital marketing and creative teams
  • Willing to take action to drive initiatives forward, challenge conventional thinking foster compelling dialogue and collaboration
  • Strong sense of accountability owning successes and failures
  • Outstanding organizational skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using outstanding judgement in engaging senior resources
  • Experience in marketing testing, measurement, report analysis and optimization
  • FINRA licenses are a plus
