About the role

  • Digital Marketer needed at Scaleflex to manage SEO/Ads and connect marketing to revenue. This remote role requires 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • This is a remote position.
  • Location: France or Sofia – Remote / Hybrid - Full / Part time depending on Seniority.
  • The role requires someone who connects marketing activity to revenue.
  • Not someone who celebrates traffic.
  • Someone who chases the pipeline, keeps Sales accountable on follow-ups, and knows that a campaign only works if deals are closed.
  • You'll run SEO and/or Ads, manage our digital presence, find shortcuts that get results faster, and collaborate with Sales like they're your best client — adapting to their needs, pushing back when needed, and keeping the machine moving.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years in digital marketing , ideally in SaaS.
  • Professional English — written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of at least one market: UKI, FR, or DACH.
  • Experience with organic SEO and/or paid Ads — you know what moves the needle.
  • Business-minded — you measure success in revenue, not vanity metrics.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with lean budgets — you find the shortcut, not the excuse.
  • Autonomous and able to get things done even when you're not the only stakeholder.
  • Experience with sales-led SaaS (RFP-heavy, long cycle) or product-led SaaS (self-serve, trial-based).
  • HubSpot basics — you can build a workflow without Googling every step.
  • Psychologically solid — you admit your own mistakes, flag risks in other teams without drama, and don't fold under pressure.
  • Nice to have: Fluent in 1 language among German or British English.
  • Hands-on experience with both SEO and Ads.
  • Knowledge of at least 2 markets between: UKI, FR, or DACH.
  • Experience with both sales-led and product-led SaaS motions.
  • You know what Sales Velocity is — and how to move it.
  • You can negotiate vendor quotes down and justify why.
  • You've built or refined a HubSpot lead scoring system that actually worked.
  • GEO experience that translated into pipeline.
  • Webflow knowledge.
  • You test fast, fail cheap, and iterate — especially when AI tools are involved.
  • Unicorn-like (optional but exceptional): Fluent in 2 languages among German, British English or French.
  • Experience scaling digital marketing from €1M to €10M ARR in a scale-up context, across both PLG and SLG motions.
  • You can look at a CRM and decide whether adding a new attribution field on Deals is worth the data debt — and defend your answer.
  • Webflow power user — you don't just edit, you build.
  • Certified meme lord — you understand that the right meme at the right moment is a legitimate go-to-market strategy.
