Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans designed to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth
Actively contribute to and lead on the delivery of strategic campaigns across the EMEA region
Work closely with our European commercial and sales teams to deliver high-impact B2B communications
Manage the development and delivery of the digital roadmap, including website management, social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing
Adopt a proactive approach to marketing automation and AI tools to ensure customer-driven messaging
Ensure excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence commercial teams across Europe
Source data-driven insights and manage external agencies
Requirements
Degree or equivalent in a related field (Marketing/Communications)
Demonstrable experience in a B2B Digital Marketing or similar role
Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Expert in marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics tools (e.g., Optimizely)
Able to work independently while maintaining strong working relationships with international colleagues
Pragmatic, detail-orientated & delivery focused
