E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist focusing on performance, SEO, and email campaigns at Life Fitness. Collaborating with Creative teams and optimizing digital customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the performance and optimization of our e‑commerce presence (traffic, conversion, revenue)
Implement SEO/AEO initiatives to increase organic visibility
Plan and optimize email campaigns and automated customer journeys (e.g., using Maileon, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp)
Manage paid media activities (paid search & paid social) in collaboration with agencies
Optimize the digital customer experience (including A/B testing) in cooperation with UX/UI and creative teams
Analyze relevant e‑commerce KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures
Maintain and update product data (pricing, availability, attributes, categorization)
Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase average order value and customer repeat rate
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in e-commerce management/digital marketing
Fluent German and English
Strong knowledge of common e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopware, Shopify)
Proficient with Google Analytics, email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
Strong organizational skills and effective communication
Analytical and data-driven working style
Experience collaborating successfully with creative teams and external agencies
Familiarity with conversion optimization tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
