Directly responsible for skill growth and daily direction of team of HR Systems developers, Systems administrator as well as third-party resources assigned to support systems and applications
Ensure representation of the HR Systems Support and Development Team in the development of IT/Business Roadmap including bug fixes, patches and upgrades
Manage a team responsible for the day-to-day support of applications including seasonal set up, configuration changes (if applicable)
Partner internally with cross-functional teams and externally with vendors and consultants
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, engineering, etc., or related field
10+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in Technology (Business Systems Management)
7+ years of experience in HR systems (specifically Workday)
Strong knowledge of enterprise-level systems, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Partner Portal, Intranet, etc.
Experience with digital transformation and system integration projects
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across various departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and event management tools and software
