About the role

  • Directly responsible for skill growth and daily direction of team of HR Systems developers, Systems administrator as well as third-party resources assigned to support systems and applications
  • Ensure representation of the HR Systems Support and Development Team in the development of IT/Business Roadmap including bug fixes, patches and upgrades
  • Manage a team responsible for the day-to-day support of applications including seasonal set up, configuration changes (if applicable)
  • Partner internally with cross-functional teams and externally with vendors and consultants

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, engineering, etc., or related field
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in Technology (Business Systems Management)
  • 7+ years of experience in HR systems (specifically Workday)
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise-level systems, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Partner Portal, Intranet, etc.
  • Experience with digital transformation and system integration projects
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across various departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and event management tools and software
