Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for skill growth and daily direction of team of HR Systems developers, Systems administrator as well as third-party resources assigned to support systems and applications
- Ensure representation of the HR Systems Support and Development Team in the development of IT/Business Roadmap including bug fixes, patches and upgrades
- Manage a team responsible for the day-to-day support of applications including seasonal set up, configuration changes (if applicable)
- Partner internally with cross-functional teams and externally with vendors and consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, engineering, etc., or related field
- 10+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in Technology (Business Systems Management)
- 7+ years of experience in HR systems (specifically Workday)
- Strong knowledge of enterprise-level systems, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Partner Portal, Intranet, etc.
- Experience with digital transformation and system integration projects
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across various departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and event management tools and software
