Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms and properties.
Lead messaging strategy for resident communications, corporate initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across signage, digital assets, and onsite experiences.
Own copywriting for resident messaging, social media, corporate communications, and digital platforms.
Manage content across internal platforms including Asana, Jostle, Engage, and SharePoint.
Provide creative direction and feedback to internal designers and external partners.
Guide social media strategy and execution in alignment with brand goals.
Lead branding efforts for property-level experiences including signage, branded materials, and resident touchpoints.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience a plus)
10+ years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, or marketing communications.
Experience in multifamily or property management marketing strongly preferred.
Proven leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of design principles and creative production workflows.
Familiarity with internal communication platforms (Asana, Box, Jostle, Engage, SharePoint).
Experience with signage and wayfinding
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
