Responsibilities
Create clear, engaging, on-brand content that highlights our people, our work and our impact
Translate business priorities into stories that connect employees and external audiences to our strategy
Support the development and maintenance of editorial guidelines, messaging standards, and style guides
Maintain organized documentation, workflows, and status reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in employee and/or corporate communications
Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to simplify complex topics
Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and deadlines
Comfortable partnering across teams and navigating review/approval processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus
