About the role

  • Communications and Brand Manager creating engaging content that highlights Simplot's work and impact. Collaborating across teams and maintaining editorial guidelines within the Global Communications team.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear, engaging, on-brand content that highlights our people, our work and our impact
  • Translate business priorities into stories that connect employees and external audiences to our strategy
  • Support the development and maintenance of editorial guidelines, messaging standards, and style guides
  • Maintain organized documentation, workflows, and status reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in employee and/or corporate communications
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to simplify complex topics
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Comfortable partnering across teams and navigating review/approval processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus
