About the role

  • Group Brand Manager focused on brand strategies within Smart Storage brands at Stanley Black & Decker. Leading project execution and brand positioning to drive consumer engagement and equity.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritizes projects to ensure execution with excellence and focus on the most important business deliverables
  • Helps address issues and obstacles across teams to enable project completion
  • Oversees brand building and aligns recommendations with the leadership team
  • Oversees brand budgets to ensure spending is in line with plan
  • Influences Product and Channel teams to ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Coordinates with in-house Studio and external agencies for strategic objectives
  • Writes clear and concise creative briefs
  • Analyzes and interprets data to identify and effectively communicate key insights
  • Develops new ideas to bring the right Customer Experience to life

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preference in marketing or communications
  • 6+ years’ experience in a marketing or brand role
  • Proficiency using PowerPoint and strong presentation skills
  • Experience creating Brand Position & Fundamentals, & Global NPD launch initiatives
  • Strategic Planning for category and brand-specific objectives
  • Brand Governance to ensure consistency and compliance for iconic brands
  • Collaborate on Budget Allocation for Marketing across all key brands
