Senior IT Asset Manager overseeing lifecycle management of IT assets including hardware, software, and cloud services. Join Luminor to strategically shape asset management practices.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT asset management strategies and policies.
Lead the design and management of IT Asset Management process.
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets (from procurement to disposal).
Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation.
Ensure compliance with software licensing and regulatory requirements (DORA).
Support Procurement in Software Asset agreement negotiations.
Consult and support teams on IT Asset Management topics.
Conduct audits and prepare reports on asset utilization and performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Support internal and external compliance audits.
Build and keep competences needed to perform daily tasks according to highest standards.
Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Take part in identifying and managing any relevant risk towards Luminor.
Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration, acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT asset management or related roles.
Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle, software licensing (with focus on Microsoft licensing).
Hands-on experience implementing and managing an Asset Management practice.
Experience with ITAM tools.
Experience with data and analysis tools.
Third-party management experience.
Previous work experience in mid to large scale organization.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
Nice to have: ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification and Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM).
