About the role

  • Develop and implement IT asset management strategies and policies.
  • Lead the design and management of IT Asset Management process.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets (from procurement to disposal).
  • Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing and regulatory requirements (DORA).
  • Support Procurement in Software Asset agreement negotiations.
  • Consult and support teams on IT Asset Management topics.
  • Conduct audits and prepare reports on asset utilization and performance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Support internal and external compliance audits.
  • Build and keep competences needed to perform daily tasks according to highest standards.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Take part in identifying and managing any relevant risk towards Luminor.
  • Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration, acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle, software licensing (with focus on Microsoft licensing).
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing an Asset Management practice.
  • Experience with ITAM tools.
  • Experience with data and analysis tools.
  • Third-party management experience.
  • Previous work experience in mid to large scale organization.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
  • Nice to have: ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification and Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM).
