Responsibilities
Oversee support a team of dedicated and compassionate Hearing Care Coordinators (HCCs)
Provide guidance and support to the HCCs within the region
Ensure the HCCs receive the necessary training
Motivate and mentor the HCCs for local events and evaluations
Lead and develop a team including recruitment, hiring and performance management
Address performance issues proactively
Supervise clinic inventory control processed
Oversee the process for the insurance process and proper completion of patient Benefit Checks
Monitor and evaluate transactional compliance
Provide comprehensive training to HCCs beyond initial onboarding
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus
Professional verbal and written communication
Strong relationship building skills with customers, physicians, clinical staff
