About the role

Responsibilities
- The Relationship Manager is responsible for a Region (a group of partners) and is one of the key pillars of the relationship between Pitzi and its partners, acting strategically to boost results and make the partnership increasingly profitable and long-lasting.
- Implement and measure strategies that make partner support a scalable model.
- This person is Pitzi’s direct contact on the front line. They bring the latest market trends and anticipate our actions because they are closely involved in everything happening in our partners’ daily routines.
- The Relationship Manager is our primary lever for partner performance. Working as a team with their Account Manager, they execute Pitzi’s strategies flawlessly.
- We know we may occasionally stumble, but the Relationship Manager uses empathy and speed to solve problems, minimizing any impact on the day-to-day partnership with our partners.
- Create and execute strategic plans aimed at consolidating and growing partner performance.
- Prepare and present materials for partner management meetings conducted remotely or in person, via video or PPT, using technology to remain “close” to partners and their sales teams.
- Travel for field visits and various online meetings to conduct diagnosis, planning, metric alignment, and methodology implementation.
- Shield the partner and build trust in the partnership that goes well beyond commercial matters.
- Work together with partner management to develop joint strategies.
- Produce and submit interim updates, rankings, projections, and reports.
- Analyze and diagnose account scenarios, interacting with various levels of partner management as well as the salesforce.
