Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- Experience in IT project and/or project portfolio management, preferably focused on ERP
- Experience with ERP implementations, rollouts, upgrades and/or enhancements (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, Microsoft Dynamics or others)
- Experience working with senior management and multiple business stakeholders, leading decision-making and alignment forums
- Knowledge of project management best practices (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid methods) and proficiency with management tools (Jira, MS Project, Planner, Power BI or similar)
