About the role

  • Project Portfolio Manager overseeing ERP strategy and execution for a leading ceramic coverings company. Aligning business objectives with effective project management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic management of the ERP portfolio
  • Align ERP initiatives with company OKRs and annual objectives
  • Propose and maintain the ERP project roadmap
  • Establish evaluation criteria for new proposals
  • Ensure integration of business processes
  • Monitor the portfolio budget and ROI
  • Assess team availability and allocate resources
  • Define project team composition
  • Act as the focal point between business areas, IT and external partners
  • Facilitate organizational change management
  • Define and apply governance best practices
  • Implement project management methodologies
  • Monitor deadlines, costs and quality
  • Support definition and tracking of KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience in IT project and/or project portfolio management, preferably focused on ERP
  • Experience with ERP implementations, rollouts, upgrades and/or enhancements (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, Microsoft Dynamics or others)
  • Experience working with senior management and multiple business stakeholders, leading decision-making and alignment forums
  • Knowledge of project management best practices (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid methods) and proficiency with management tools (Jira, MS Project, Planner, Power BI or similar)
