Lead the strategic vision of the Internal Audit function
Contribute to the development of the Internal Audit Strategy
Provide people management and oversight to teams delivering assurance services
Ensure audit plans are delivered to high quality and within budget
Engage with senior stakeholders to provide expert advice and insights
Support the Director of Internal Audit and Assurance in capability building
Requirements
Chartered member of the Institute of Internal Auditors UK & Ireland or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy
Proven track record in successfully leading and managing internal audit teams
Skilled in identifying and managing risk across complex client portfolios
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels
Experience working with senior leaders and Audit Committees
