About the role

  • Partner through a consultative approach with our biggest Enterprise customers to deeply understand their complex organizational goals, translating that knowledge into a prescriptive deployment strategy that guarantees long-term platform success.
  • Critically evaluate and pioneer new processes and tools for launching Enterprise accounts, driving efficiency and scalability across the Implementation team.
  • Lead and manage comprehensive project plans, expertly coordinating resources across internal teams, high-stakes customers (including C-suite and technical leads), and key third-party partners.
  • Quarterback complex configuration during implementation by leading advanced system setup, validating critical technical configurations, and being accountable for delivering resolution on complex issues for customers.
  • Act as the strategic Implementation voice in the room when collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering, ensuring seamless handoffs and a unified customer experience on our largest accounts.
  • Directly influence our future products by consolidating and prioritizing feedback from customers, acting as a key advocate in the product prioritization process.
  • Travel to customer locations to ensure executive alignment, lead critical on-site launch activities, and facilitate key strategic or partnership discussions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in a technical project management, implementation, or a strategic customer-facing role within an Enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing full-cycle deployments for multi-site, large-scale enterprise customers.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and present effectively to C-level executives and senior business leaders.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous, multi-faceted problems into clear, phased project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and agility when operating under pressure or within new, complex spaces.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
