Alcatel Implementation Engineer managing technical implementations of ALE communication solutions with a focus on project execution and customer needs. Engaging in hybrid environments and ensuring system integration and support.
Responsibilities
Planning, installation and configuration of OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) including high availability and virtualization; management via OmniVista 8770.
Planning, installation and configuration of Rainbow including high availability and virtualization; management via OmniVista 8770.
Implementation of contact center scenarios (OmniPCX/CCD), including skill-based routing, reporting and agent desktop; integrations (e.g., Genesys/RSI).
Hybrid/cloud integrations with Rainbow™ (WebRTC gateway, OXE↔Rainbow coupling, security/compliance).
Troubleshooting, root-cause analyses, change/release management, documentation and knowledge transfer in accordance with SLAs.
Requirements
Several years of project experience (≥ 3 years) with ALE communication solutions, particularly OXE and OmniVista 8770; confident in OXE operation (SIP/IP/DECT).
Relevant ALE certifications (ACSE), ideally for OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista 8770, Open/OmniTouch and CCD; willingness to pursue ongoing recertification.
Solid knowledge of VoIP/SIP, SBC integration, networking (QoS, VLAN, firewall), and basic Linux/Windows administration.
Willingness to travel within Germany (business trips according to company policy).
Very good German and good English skills.
