About the role

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to supervisors and employees in operations
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and administrative roles
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and administer employee status changes
  • Support performance review cycles and development initiatives
  • Design and promote HR initiatives and internal communication strategies

Requirements

  • Experience with employee relations and workforce support
  • Knowledge of federal and Texas state employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, OSHA)
  • Strong analytical skills with HR metrics (turnover, headcount, etc.)
  • Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Ability to conduct workplace investigations
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and compliance
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Ability to travel to other sites as needed
