About the role
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to supervisors and employees in operations
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and administrative roles
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and administer employee status changes
- Support performance review cycles and development initiatives
- Design and promote HR initiatives and internal communication strategies
Requirements
- Experience with employee relations and workforce support
- Knowledge of federal and Texas state employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, OSHA)
- Strong analytical skills with HR metrics (turnover, headcount, etc.)
- Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding
- Ability to conduct workplace investigations
- Proficiency in payroll processing and compliance
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
- Ability to travel to other sites as needed
