Responsibilities
HR Support: Comprehensive advising and support for a defined employee group domestically and internationally
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Managing the entire recruiting process and guiding new employees through successful integration
People Operations: Contract and employment reference management, maintenance of personnel files and HR systems
Payroll Preparation: Responsible for accurate input/support for payroll processing and acting as the interface to external service providers
Learning & Development: Contributing to the planning and implementation of training and development measures
Collaboration with the Works Council: Working with the works council and supporting the implementation of personnel measures
HR Analytics & Process Optimization: Preparing analyses and participating in digitalization projects
Employee Events & Health Management: Supporting events and health initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
Knowledge of labor law, social security, and payroll tax regulations
Proficient with MS Office; experience with HR systems (Personio, ATOSS) is an advantage
Good written and spoken English skills
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a hands-on mentality
Organizational skills and flexibility in a dynamic environment
