Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership development.
Align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring HR adds measurable value to business outcomes.
Partner with leaders to foster a growth-oriented culture that supports collaboration across remote, hybrid, and on-site teams operating in multiple time zones.
Support organizational change initiatives that drive adaptability and resilience.
Act as a culture ambassador, embedding company values into policies, programs, and leadership practices.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and design efficient hiring processes.
Manage full cycle recruiting for key roles (sourcing, interviewing, offers).
Collaborate with external recruiters and platforms to scale hiring globally.
Own end-to-end payroll process (US), ensuring accurate and timely execution in partnership with HRIS (BambooHR).
Requirements
7+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in a technology or SaaS environment.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR), payroll systems, and compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Culpepper).
Direct experience with payroll administration (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
