Responsibilities
Conduct benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain external competitiveness and propose necessary adjustments, aligned with industry practices;
Perform job evaluation studies and assist in creating and maintaining salary structures, ensuring internal equity;
Support the administration and review of benefits programs, taking into account employee needs and market best practices;
Provide support for implementation of fixed and variable compensation policies and short- and long-term incentive programs, in accordance with organizational goals;
Collaborate with the HR team to monitor personnel budgets, offering analyses that support the balance between investment and sustainability;
Develop compensation and benefits reports and KPIs to support leadership decisions and contribute to a strategic view of personnel costs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Process Management, Project Management, People Management, or Technology.
Proven experience working with HR area indicators and metrics;
Knowledge of performance management tools and organizational goal-setting;
Solid experience designing and implementing HR projects;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development is a plus;
Experience implementing HR indicators and/or people analytics;
Experience with job descriptions and compensation programs;
Significant experience in job and salary structures, and benefits management;
Proficiency in job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay) and data analysis tools;
Desired: Postgraduate degree and/or specialized courses in Compensation.
