About the role

  • Customer Success Manager handling customer accounts to develop long-term relationships and improve service delivery for IT solutions. Support clients, monitor SLAs, and identify upselling opportunities in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • You manage our existing customers holistically and develop the collaboration over the long term
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs for our customers
  • You support the use of our solutions and services so they deliver real value in customers' everyday work
  • You strategically grow existing accounts and create new revenue opportunities through cross- and upselling
  • You conduct regular business reviews, define shared goals and drive their implementation
  • You bring customer insights into the teams, strengthening the continuous improvement of our offerings
  • You identify challenges early and find pragmatic solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • You have already worked successfully in direct customer contact – ideally in Account Management or Customer Success Management
  • You know how to communicate complex topics clearly and empathetically and develop trust-based dialogues at eye level
  • You organize yourself efficiently, think in a structured way, and have a clear sense of priorities
  • You quickly recognize what matters to customers and find ways to support their goals
  • You are confident using CRM systems, familiar with Office365 tools, open to new technologies, and ideally hold a Customer Success Management certification
