Leads on delivery of the contract management obligations in Respective Area (NGN) - Managing the contractual risks for the lifecycle of the contract, escalating to CDD where applicable for resolution - Management and resolution of conflicts - Ensuring effective change control of contracts in account (s), to reduce cost and maximise profit for BT - Work with colleagues from contract assurance and legal to deliver accurate and risk averse contract changes.
Responsibility for NGN P&L - Management of a complex P&L involving different service towers, product lines and third parties. - Ensuring forecast accuracy for revenue and cost. - Margin optimisation and cost control.
Maintain appropriate governance of all activities impacting the financial and contract outcomes of respective contracts - Uses robust data to support analysis & decision making. Proactively monitors trends to gain insight and shape processes. Interpret, manipulate and present large volumes of data effectively.

Responsible for ensuring before contract signature that proposed contractual obligations are achievable.
Ensures commercial decisions taken within the contract DoA structure.
Responsible for Supplier relationship, overseeing delivery of supplier commercial obligations.
Responsible for management of key supplier relationships, including strategy, negotiations and leading on commercial and pricing strategy of key deals.
Works with our delivery and service organisations to ensure that key projects and programmes deliver against their obligations and impact the P&L positively.
Provide informal ongoing mentoring and coaching to team members, ensuring they have the resources needed to work effectively.
