About the role

  • Manager de Groupe responsable du plateau d’Assistance chez Filassistance, pilotant une équipe et assurant la satisfaction client.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operational and managerial leadership of a team of Assistance Advisors
  • Guarantee the team’s overall performance and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Organize, manage and control the activities of the assistance desk
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Supervise and motivate the team of assistance advisors
  • Analyze performance and quality of work
  • Implement continuous improvement actions
  • Produce reports and present them to Management
  • Provide hands-on support to the team when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or equivalent
  • Significant experience in a managerial role within customer relations
  • Prior experience in assistance services is a plus
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Availability to work shifts and/or weekends
