Responsibilities
- Operate, secure and optimize the entire applications and data scope
- Ensure the day-to-day robustness of a complex application environment
- Ensure the proper functioning, availability and security of business applications
- Manage updates, configurations and optimizations of existing tools
- Support teams in the daily use of tools: support, training and best practices
- Structure, maintain and optimize data and process flows between applications
- Implement and administer middleware to automate data exchanges
- Ensure consistency of data flows across tools
- Monitor the quality of reference data
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- Proven experience managing an application and/or data ecosystem
- Operational proficiency with HubSpot, DealHub and Qobra
- Confirmed experience with a middleware (Make, Zapier, n8n or equivalent)
- Knowledge of application architectures and integrations between SaaS tools
- Strong data awareness (data quality, structuring, reporting) is a significant advantage
