About the role

Responsibilities
- Support in the development and implementation of turnaround programs as well as transaction and transformation projects
- Independent responsibility for sub-areas within large-scale projects
- Support in business model analysis and in defining measures for clients
- Preparation and validation of integrated corporate planning and liquidity/cash-flow forecasts
- Active support of clients in implementing operational and financial measures
- Advising clients throughout the entire transaction process
- Guidance and mentoring of junior staff, working students and interns
Requirements
- Excellent academic qualifications, preferably in business, health sciences, pharmacy, medicine or natural sciences
- Initial professional experience in turnaround/transaction or management consulting and/or in the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication skills; business-fluent German and English
- Strong analytical skills, high motivation and commitment
- High willingness to travel
