About the role
- Lead and manage change and digital adoption projects for global organizations. Collaborate with international stakeholders and ensure effective technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end change/adoption projects, ensuring new tools (e.g., a chatbot) are fully integrated and used by end users.
- Develop and implement change management strategies for client transformation projects.
- Create and deliver communications to end users (newsletters, posters, leaflets, video scripts, training guides); graphic design skills are a plus.
- Build and run gamification campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including UX specialists, project managers, and graphic teams, to ensure effective teamwork.
- Work with international clients, particularly senior managers focused on successful tool adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience: You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- We also welcome project managers, marketing professionals, or UX specialists eager to pivot into change management.
- Tech-curious mindset: You’re excited about leading IT projects involving modern technologies.
- People-first approach: You understand that communication is a superpower, and you use it well.
- Consultant attitude: You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and not afraid to ask “how” instead of waiting for instructions.
- Change management knowledge: You’re familiar with change management methodologies—at least in theory. Certifications are a plus.
- Fluent English: You’re confident communicating with international clients and colleagues. French or German a plus.
