Responsibilities
- Lead digital and operational programs across logistics, transport, and supply chain environments
- Design and implement integrated strategies that strengthen cross-functional collaboration and operational performance

- Shape tailored transformation solutions aligned with client priorities and measurable impact
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to expand our presence in the Transportation and Logistics sector
Requirements
- Strong passion for digitalization, logistics innovation, and transformation topics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles, with exposure to transportation, logistics, or supply chain
- Strategic mindset and ability to translate complex challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps
- Excellent academic background (Master's, MBA, or PhD)
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Solid knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools and strong project management skills; certifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes in logistics or adjacent industries
- Willingness to take ownership, innovate, and drive initiatives forward
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel
