About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for developing and managing key accounts in Brazil's healthcare sector. Driving business strategies for essential health products in Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, and Santa Catarina.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business related to products and manage key accounts
  • Ensure execution of the tactical business plan
  • Achieve the targets set for the territory
  • Promote product information through appropriate customer communication
  • Develop business plans for each key account
  • Monitor and manage hospital inventory and demand
  • Provide solutions to customers' needs
  • Create sales strategies in collaboration with purchasing managers and medical directors
  • Comply with all company procedures and policies
  • Maintain accurate records of medical visits and expense reports

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields)
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree/MBA (Marketing & Sales Management, Business Management, or related)
  • Preferred: English language skills (a plus)
  • Preferred experience with immunobiologics for autoimmune diseases in private and public sectors (SES)
  • Preferred experience in oncology and/or rheumatology, gastroenterology, or dermatology
  • Preferred experience with market access for immunobiologics in supplementary healthcare
  • Preferred knowledge of the current biosimilars market
