Responsibilities
- Develops and manages the overall program portfolio, including objectives and deliverables
- Contributes to the strategic planning and implementation of program objectives

- Drives complex project management by managing budget, schedule, and scope

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Leadership/Management, Business or related field
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Leadership/Management, Business or related field preferred
- 2 years prior management or related experience including leadership coaching and mentoring experience.
- 3 prior consulting, strategy, and/or business development experience in a healthcare organization or consulting organization providing services to the healthcare industry; or equivalent experience.
