Responsibilities
Working with Key Account Managers and their account teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s priority needs
Undertake independent research and engage internal networks to source information about competitor organisations
Work with Subject Matter Experts to review AtkinsRéalis’ capability
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner organisations to develop and articulate differentiated value propositions
Support account teams to test value propositions and commercial arrangements with key client stakeholders
Work with marketing teams to develop strategies for raising client stakeholders’ awareness
Document all relevant information, assumptions, decisions, and outputs during the capture phase
Ensure the appointed Proposal Manager is briefed on our value proposition
Requirements
A degree or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in the development and execution of winning capture strategies on major pursuits
An understanding of engineering projects and terminology
Excellent project management skills
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to craft a clear, compelling, and persuasive narrative
