About the role
- Manage and expand relationships with key affiliate partners, focusing on financial and fintech verticals
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring smooth communication and long-term collaboration
- Negotiate, optimize, and close new partnership deals that bring measurable ROI
- Analyze campaign and partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to develop strategies that boost conversion and revenue
- Keep a close eye on trends in affiliate marketing and the financial industry to bring forward fresh, data-backed ideas
- Prepare performance reports and insights for management, providing clear next steps for growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate management, partnerships, or business development - ideally in finance, fintech, or a related field
- A solid understanding of how affiliate marketing works within financial products or lead generation models
- Confidence in managing high-value partnerships and negotiating complex commercial terms
- Excellent communication and account management skills — you know how to build relationships that last
- Analytical mindset and ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, organic)
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
