About the role

  • Account Manager handling strategic client relationships and developing cybersecurity solutions. Engaging with clients to provide tailored services and ensuring project excellence in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with strategic clients, serving as the main point of contact for cybersecurity-related requests.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the existing client base and prospects.
  • Conduct consultative meetings with decision-makers to understand needs and position appropriate solutions.
  • Present the full portfolio of cybersecurity solutions and services in a strategic, tailored manner.
  • Prepare commercial proposals focused on added value and technical-commercial alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with an emphasis on profitability and client retention.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, update opportunity statuses, and produce revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions.
  • Monitor project delivery to ensure contracted services are executed with excellence.
  • Track customer satisfaction metrics and propose continuous improvements to the services provided.
  • Keep the CRM updated with relevant information about clients and opportunities.
  • Perform market and competitor analyses to adjust approach strategies and differentiate offerings.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and meetings with partners and technology vendors.
  • Strengthen relationships with cybersecurity solution vendors by participating in trainings and campaigns.
  • Produce executive reports and result presentations for the board and related departments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles within the Cybersecurity sector.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Certifications and/or courses in sales techniques.
  • Sales certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., Check Point Sales Certificate).
  • Experience preparing and presenting commercial and technical proposals.
  • Intermediate to advanced conversational English.
