About the role

  • Account Manager working on creative social strategies for diverse clients at Justaddsugar. Responsible for customer communications, content strategies, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive strategic client management and communication
  • Developing content strategies in collaboration with clients and our strategy team
  • Responsible for analyzing reports and deriving optimization measures
  • Maintaining and expanding new and existing client relationships
  • Preparing and producing presentations for client meetings
  • Planning, managing and executing campaigns and workshops
  • Coordinating internal teams and external service providers
  • Responsible for budget planning and project controlling

Requirements

  • Experience in account and project management, ideally with an agency background
  • Enthusiasm for proactively building and sustainably maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in up- and cross-selling
  • University degree in economics/business administration, media management or a comparable vocational qualification
  • Convincing presentation skills
  • Confident communication in German & English
  • Strong team orientation with a clear focus on collective development
