About the role

  • Manage and grow relationships with major Australian clients, ensuring retention and expansion
  • Lead QBRs, renewal cycles, and upsell motions with a consultative approach
  • Identify and pursue high-potential new business opportunities across ANZ
  • Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to execute targeted outreach and ABM campaigns
  • Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy and ICP refinement
  • Drive pipeline velocity and conversion through structured deal reviews and solution-led pitching
  • Partner with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client experience
  • Share market insights and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap and positioning

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management and new business development
  • Proven track record in managing complex enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals
  • Deep understanding of the ANZ financial services and fintech landscape
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience in fraud, risk, or compliance solutions is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
