About the role

  • Work closely with SMB Account Managers to coach, review pipeline, and support development.
  • Run weekly team meetings & call review sessions to to review performance, align on goals, and reinforce playbooks and frameworks.
  • Run demos, and close deals to contribute to individual sales targets.
  • Provide real-time deal support to reps, including joining customer calls and helping with negotiation.
  • Partner with directors and the GM to align on strategy, report on progress, and contribute to broader Oceania sales performance.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new SMB team members when needed.
