Responsibilities
Leading key clients and directing the Client Services function
Advocacy and implementation of billups’ mission across the team
Promoting OOH and billups’ offering to clients and agencies
Helping Business Directors identify ways of delivering organic revenue growth
Helping develop and convert new business opportunities
Directing supplier relationships for OOH planning
Senior-level oversight with the Investment Team regarding trade deal alignment
Complying with company policies and ensuring compliance across the team
Driving tool and system adoption across the Client Team
Supervisory responsibilities including interviewing and training
Compiling accurate business planning and forecasting across clients
Ensuring annual budget delivery for clients
Involvement in business acquisition strategy and planning
Partnering with Business Directors to push function goals and strategies
Engaging internal teams in responding to client enquiries
Driving the Client Team’s contribution to marketing and case studies.
Requirements
10+ years of experience
Expert knowledge of the OOH media landscape
Expansive UK or EMEA or International OOH and/or comms planning experience
Ability to learn new international markets and work with local teams
Experience leading teams and delivering high client service levels
Commercial mindset with the confidence to engage the team
Experience prospecting, researching, and data mining for business leads
Wide experience in negotiating pricing and booking campaigns
Some experience conducting analyses and developing financial models
Strong reasoning skills and ability to analyze large data sets
Proficiency in various applications including database, spreadsheet, and project management tools
Desire to grow yourself, Client Team members, and billups’ business.
