Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for group and charter enquiries
Support BDMs with group bookings, allocations, amendments and special requirements
Liaise with reservations, operations and revenue teams to ensure clear communication and delivery
Contribute updates and insights to monthly group meetings
Take initiative to identify and streamline group sales processes and ways of working across all Journey Beyond brands
Building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
Supporting the development of sales tools and resources, including the Groups Pack
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and overall group performance
Requirements
Experience in a sales, group bookings, reservations or guest services role — ideally within travel, tourism or hospitality
Confidence working across multiple systems, databases and digital platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer and partner experiences
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and multiple projects at once
A collaborative approach, remaining calm, adaptable and accountable in a dynamic environment
Commercial curiosity and a passion for improving processes and finding smarter ways of working
