About the role

  • Kundenbetreuer*in im Firmenkundengeschäft für erneuerbare Energien mit strategischer Kundenberatung. Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Bestandskunden entwickeln.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for comprehensive advisory services to our existing customers on financing, investment business, and cross-selling
  • Develop targeted strategies for the proactive management of the customer portfolio
  • Actively integrate ESG (environmental, social, governance) considerations into daily activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Credit Unit to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Maintain a regular presence at regional events and networking meetings to strengthen the bank’s market position

Requirements

  • Degree in economics/business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Completed banking training or substantial experience in project business
  • Enthusiasm for banking and lending activities, and ideally initial experience or strong interest in the energy sector
  • Confident presence and strong negotiation skills
  • Good teamwork and communication skills, self-initiative, and a strong customer focus
