About the role

  • Sales representative managing warm leads and supporting financial advisors in structured conversations. Providing a systematic onboarding process with clear checklists and tools for effective work.

Responsibilities

  • You manage warm leads, conduct structured initial conversations, and support our financial advisors with appointment preparation.
  • Provide telephone support to prospects based on a conversation guide
  • Conduct structured initial interviews to assess needs
  • Maintain and document contacts in the CRM system
  • Organise and perform preparatory work for financial advisory appointments
  • Support events, seminars, and team activities

Requirements

  • You hold a high-school diploma (Abitur), a completed commercial apprenticeship, or an equivalent/higher qualification
  • You reside in Germany
  • You work in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner.
  • You communicate reliably, professionally, and courteously — in person, by phone and digitally.
  • You are comfortable with clear systems and defined processes.
  • You take responsibility for your area and complete tasks thoroughly.
  • Experience in customer advisory, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required — attitude matters most.
