Responsibilities
You manage warm leads, conduct structured initial conversations, and support our financial advisors with appointment preparation.
Provide telephone support to prospects based on a conversation guide
Conduct structured initial interviews to assess needs
Maintain and document contacts in the CRM system
Organise and perform preparatory work for financial advisory appointments
Support events, seminars, and team activities
Requirements
You hold a high-school diploma (Abitur), a completed commercial apprenticeship, or an equivalent/higher qualification
You reside in Germany
You work in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner.
You communicate reliably, professionally, and courteously — in person, by phone and digitally.
You are comfortable with clear systems and defined processes.
You take responsibility for your area and complete tasks thoroughly.
Experience in customer advisory, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required — attitude matters most.
