About the role

  • Salesforce Implementation Lead responsible for designing and implementing Sales Cloud solutions at On Location. Engaging with stakeholders to enhance sales efficiency through innovative AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle Salesforce Sales Cloud designs, implementations and enhancements, integrating agentic AI capabilities.
  • Architect and deliver advanced automated solutions leveraging Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Einstein Automate.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, service, IT and stakeholders to identify challenges and develop scalable Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, backlog, team resources, and governance ensuring compliance with security and data privacy policies.
  • Drive adoption through training and change management.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce platform releases and recommend enhancements, improvements, and automations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years Salesforce experience with 3+ years in a leadership role focused on Sales Cloud.
  • Deep expertise and proficiency with the Sales Cloud platform, covering both declarative and programmatic capabilities.
  • Advanced Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components capabilities.
  • Expertise with Salesforce configuration, automation (flows, workflows), reports, dashboards, and omni-channel features.
  • Ability to build actionable reports and dashboards that track agent performance, case resolution metrics, and service KPIs.
  • Security and compliance awareness, understanding of permission sets, role hierarchies, and data governance practices.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Administrator I/II, Data Architect.
  • Ability to establish, enforce, and audit cloud security policies.
  • Understanding of autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning and decision-making within Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center.
  • Experience with Salesforce Event Monitoring.
  • Experience with Agentforce or similar agentic AI technologies.
