Responsibilities
Design and configure Salesforce solutions that scale with business needs
Act as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders
Leverage automations to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and change control practices
Proactively identify usability gaps or adoption challenges
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through proactive validation rules
Collaborate closely with developers, admins, analysts, and project managers
Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a complex, multi-cloud environment
Proven experience supporting CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions
Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and data flows
Excellent stakeholder communication skills—from C-suite to front-line reps
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and multiple solution paths
Familiarity with change management best practices in a matrixed, global organization
Gearset experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
