Responsibilities
Assess team needs and pain points and deliver solutions to drive long-term efficiency gains
Contribute to user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules
Daily administration and support including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules
Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers (i.e., DocuSign, CongaComposer, Q-Assign, Gong, Five9, and more)
Utilize the latest and greatest automation processes (flows, etc.) to help our users accomplish more, faster
Document all the incredible customization you have built
Requirements
5+ years of relevant work experience
Certified Advanced Salesforce Administrator
Passion for healthcare services
Highly analytical, with an ability to construct data-driven recommendations
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience working in an environment with Apex Triggers/Code a requirement (you will not be coding)
Additional Salesforce certifications a plus
Please note: candidates located within a 75-minute commute of our NYC office are expected to work onsite 4 days/week.
